Phase Sight AI ("we", "us", "our") provides HVAC monitoring hardware and software for residential service contractors and multifamily property owners. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
When you sign up for our newsletter, request a portfolio assessment, request a demo, or pre-order a device, you provide information including your name, email address, company, role, portfolio size or fleet size, and any free-text message you choose to send us.
Once an Irvin device is installed in an HVAC system, it transmits sensor readings (refrigerant pressure, line and air temperature, capacitor microfarad measurements, static airflow, condensate level) to our cloud platform. We associate these readings with the customer account responsible for that installation.
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp). We also use cookies for the purposes described in our cookie policy.
When you pre-order or pay for a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or other sensitive payment details on our own servers. We retain a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card, and the billing email.
We share information only with the third parties we need to operate the service:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support potential service inquiries and legal obligations. Device telemetry is retained for analytical and product-improvement purposes; aggregated anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Our service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Phase Sight AI is based in the United States. If you access our service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an email to active customers).
